Scallop Valance in Brunswick Denim Blue Stripe

A whimsical stripe in shades of blue and beige.

Valance is 52" wide and 17" long. It is lined with cotton sateen.
Length is measured from the top of the rod pocket to the bottom edge.
3" rod pocket, 2" header.
Use alone or as a filler for the Empress Valance.
