Empress Swag Valance in Carter Saffron Yellow Block Print Botanical Design- Small Scale

Carter Saffron is a small scale design and coordinates with Cathell Saffron, a large scale medallion pattern. The weathered colors include yellow, gray, tan and beige. Each emblem is about 3.5” tall.

* The Empress valance is a 2-piece valance that measures 100" wide total.
* It is 17" long in the middle and 28" long on the outside edges.
* The lining is cotton sateen.
