Scallop Valance in Classic Bella Pale Pink ticking Stripe

You can never go wrong with a great ticking stripe! This one is Pale pink on white.

Valance is 52" wide and 17" long. It is lined with cotton sateen.
Length is measured from the top of the rod pocket to the bottom edge.
3" rod pocket, 2" header.
Use alone or as a filler for the Empress Valance.
