Scalloped Valance in Classic Lipstick Red Ticking Stripe on White

You can never go wrong with a great ticking stripe! This one is lipstick red on white.

* Valance is 52" wide and 17" long. It is lined with cotton sateen.
* Length is measured from the top of the rod pocket to the bottom edge.
* 3" rod pocket, 2" header.

Use alone or as a filler for the Empress Valance.
