Scalloped Valance in Polo Navy Blue Stripe on White

This classic ticking stripe in navy is a great companion to other patterns, but it is also charming used all on its own. A lovely shade of navy on white. The widest stripe is 3/16" wide.

* Valance is 50" wide and 17" long.
* Cotton sateen lining.
* Length is measured from the top of the rod pocket to the bottom edge.
* 3" rod pocket, 2" header.

Use alone or as a filler for the Empress Swag Valance.
