Tailored Valance in Farmhouse Aqua Blue Ticking Stripe

The valance is 52" wide and 17" long. It has a cotton sateen lining.

Length is measured from the top of the rod pocket to the bottom edge.
3" rod pocket, 2" header, 3" hem.
