Need a bit of whimsey? COUNTESS is a delightful scallop design done in a loose, playful watercolor technique. COUNTESS is part of the Renaissance Collection, a wonderful companion to QUEEN and JESTER and is offered in four colorways. The beautiful watercolors in COUNTESS TUSCAN are warm blues, reds, grays and tans on a cream background. Each scallop is about 3" x 3".

* The tie-up valance is 50" wide x 24" long.

* Length is measured from the top of the rod pocket to the bottom edge.
* 3" rod pocket (fits up to 1.5" diameter rod), no header.
